The manual jacquard machine has added the jacquard weaving function. Its triangular adjustment and needle tongue working state are completely different from ordinary jacquard machines.
1. Computer-controlled jacquard machines can be dedicated jacquard machines or general computer jacquard machines. Generally, computer-controlled jacquard machines have the function of single needle selection. If the principle of controlling the yarn guide's displacement is used, it can efficiently weave jacquard fabrics with various patterns.
2. The weaving principle of jacquard fabrics on general computer jacquard machines. Since each horizontal row is woven by a set of yarn guides corresponding to the color blocks, jacquard requires specialized devices. On traditional V-shaped jacquard machines, a complex yarn guide positioning system needs to be installed, which will be moved to a new position after weaving several horizontal rows. This requires stopping at the edges of the color blocks that change according to the pattern and rearranging the yarn guides.
3. The new type of computer jacquard machine is controlled by computer signals to operate the yarn guide's active shaft, allowing each yarn guide to be raised or lowered anywhere within the weaving width without the need for dedicated positioning blocks to weave jacquard products. However, to weave more complex jacquard structures more effectively, most computer jacquard machines still need to be equipped with specialized jacquard yarn guides, which can not only accurately place the yarn on the selected knitting needle but can also swing left and right under control, thus exiting work.
4. When weaving jacquard, after a certain yarn guide finishes weaving a color area, in order to prevent the knitting needle in the next color area from rising and hooking the yarn from this yarn guide, this yarn guide can be made to swing at an angle as required by the program.
